Justice

The initiators of the Conference share the vision that peace between Israel and her neighbors can only be accomplished when justice is done to all parties on the basis of international law.

Although international law does not provide all the answers, perceptions of international law implicit in diplomatic efforts influence the conduct of Israel, the Palestinians and their neighbors. They also determine the way in which third party states formulate their foreign policies in relation to the conflict.

The ICTIP conference will review the international legal framework applicable to the status of the Territories. This inclusive and broad debate will be led by renowned international lawyers with profound knowledge of the conflict from both sides.

The Conference will be open to international lawyers, members of government, diplomats, policy-makers, media, students, etc.
